The Jzx90/100/110 and Jzs171 brakes are great for standard power and even fast road driving especially when our offerings of uprated pads and discs are used.
Once a little power or more aggressive driving needs are required the o.e braking sadly will leave a little to be desired which is where our very own Kuruma Factory big brake kit comes into it's own. The Kuruma Factory kit retains a progressive feel to the brake pedal but allows for a far greater stopping power overall.
Our setup uses a completely Toyota / Lexus setup by way of a 360mm brake disc and a 4 pot aluminium caliper which unlike the cast calipers from the Supra or Ls400 offer better heat dissipation and a lighter weight. Our chosen setup offers great clearance only requiring 9mm of extra space behind the wheel spoke over a stock o.e caliper and even then thats 20mm further away from the hub centre, we have included a (non scaled) template for you to ensure clearance before committing to the setup.
Our kits can be supplied as bracket/hardware only right through to complete bolt on kits.
We deigned the brackets to work without the need for lower RCA's on O.e ball joints/knuckles but if you have aftermarket versions we can not guarantee this will remain the same. The kit also keeps the orignal brake flexi hoses again making it a simple installation.
Our bracket kit will be supplied with correct hardware to mount and options to include the correct brake discs, brake pads and even calipers will be given using the drop down menus.
If we are to supply brake discs they will come with a Silver, Black or Gold finish and a left handed drilled pattern. We have listed our most popular options for brake pads but others are available all the way through to race/track pad options.
The offering of calipers is for a used pair imported from Japan (usually 2-3 weeks lead time)and while used they will have been checked for leaks and free moving pistons. A seal kit could be supplied if you would like to rebuild however at extra cost, please just get in touch if that's the case.
