Terms & Conditions

Pricing - All prices shown are subject to change at any given time without prior notification. If pricing listed is incorrect at time of purchase you will be contacted with a current price with the ability to cancel the order with no penalties.

Order confirmation - We will confirm your order either by e-mail or by telephone.

Payment - We accept payment via Square payments and Paypal through our online portal. Payment will be deducted from your account upon checkout. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

Delivery - We will endeavour to deliver your order to you within 3 working days providing the goods are in stock. Goods that are not in stock, a special order or a custom made order we will contact with an updated lead time. However, if this is not acceptable to you we will offer you the option of a cancellation and refund.

Complaints and queries - Our aim is always to offer a first class level of service. If you feel we haven't lived up to our aim or if you have any queries or comments then please let us know. Products - We try to keep the product information as up to date as possible however products may differ slightly from the details advertised online. Most of the product images are of the actual items you will receive however please keep in mind some are a generic image. Product colours and styles can differ from the published images.

Suitability of products - It is you as a customer that has the responsibility to ensure that all products ordered are suitable for your car and local legality based on the information that we have published on our website. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of any product then please contact us for further advice before ordering.

Warranty - Products purchased are subject to the manufacturer warranties which vary depending on their terms, please contact us if you need any information.

Our conditions of Sale do not affect your statutory rights. All our transactions are subject to English law.

Privacy Policy

Personal data - Personal data is held confidentially. Please note that we do not share personal details for third party marketing purposes. Any information supplied is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and our own advertising if previously authorised.

Returns Policy 

Returns/Refund policy- Orders can be returned/cancelled up to 14 days after delivery (Excluding special order items*). The delivery charge incurred by ourselves to deliver the product will however not be refunded nor will any charges you (the customer) incur sending the order back to us. 
For correctly supplied parts an exchange/refund will incur a handling fee of 10% will be applied and deducted from the original total. 
Damaged or incomplete items will be replaced once we receive the original part back however if a replacement is declined the 10% handling fee will apply as per correctly supplied refund policy. Please note all damages need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Faulty products will be replaced however we reserve the right to test the product before issuing another product. Warranty on parts only covers the part itself and not any labour charges incurred.
The handling charges mentioned above are to cover processing costs.

*Special order items - We will not be able to accept special order goods back for credit or exchange. 

If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:

Firstly make contact us to request a return.

Secondly send the goods to the following address 
Returns, FAO Kuruma Factory, 1 Manor farm workshop, Old moor, Milton, OX14 4EB.
Please send a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase (without this we will not be able to process the request).
